All sales conducted through this website are final. Returns will not be accepted for any reason.
Exchanges
If you receive your item and it is defective upon receipt please contact us within 30 days of your original purchase at boulderreturns@brandmotion.com and we'll be happy to help you. A photo of the damaged or incorrect part will be required to show proof that an exchange is required. If you are unable to obtain a photo of your part, you will be asked to send the part back using a return authorization code. Once received, the part will be inspected and we will determine whether or not the part warrants a replacement.
All costs of shipping the product to Boulder Accessories for inspection and all risk of loss during transit shall be borne solely by the original purchaser.
This policy does not cover (a) defects or damage resulting from the use of the product, (b) defects or damage from misuse, accident or neglect; (c) defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, alteration, modification or adjustment; (d) Product disassembled or repaired in such a manner as to adversely affect performance or prevent adequate inspection and testing to verify any warranty claim; (e) Product which has had the serial number removed (if applicable) or made illegible; (f) freight costs to repair location.
